Terms of Membership

These terms cover membership of Cam Girl Gang. They are deliberately short, and there is nothing hidden in them. In plain terms: membership is free, we take no commission, we do not represent you, you are not tied to us for any period, and you can leave whenever you want. What follows are the standards everyone agrees to so the community and the promotion channels stay usable.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

• You own, or hold all necessary rights to, everything you submit to us.

3. What membership is

• Free. There is no membership fee, no subscription and no charge for anything we provide.
• No commission. We take no percentage of your earnings from any source.
• No exclusivity and no minimum term. You may work with any other agency, network, platform or collective at the same time. There is no lock-in period and no notice period.
• Non-transferable. Membership is personal to you.

4. What we do not do

• We do not ask for, hold or use your platform logins, and you should never give them to us.
• We do not handle your earnings, and we never sit between you and a platform's payouts.
• We do not require your legal name in order to join.

5. Content standards

These apply to anything you send us for promotion, and to anything you post in our channels. They are the industry-standard baseline and they are not negotiable.

• You own it or you have written permission. Do not submit anyone else's content.
• Everyone depicted is 18 or over and has consented to both the content and its promotion. You must hold any age and consent records the law requires of you, and produce them if we ask.
• Nothing illegal in the United Kingdom, in [COUNTRY], or in your own jurisdiction.
• Absolutely prohibited: any depiction or implication of minors; non-consent or coercion; trafficking; bestiality; incest; serious violence or injury; content produced without a participant's knowledge.
• No misleading promotion. No impersonating another creator, no false claims about what a subscriber receives, no fake pricing.
• Comply with the rules of the platforms you link to, and with Telegram's own terms.
• We can decline or remove any submission at our discretion, without giving a reason.

6. Conduct in our channels

• One promotional post per week in the main channel and one in your niche room, unless we tell you otherwise.
• No spam, no automated posting and no bulk direct messaging of other members.
• No recruiting members for agencies, networks or services without our agreement.
• No harassment, discrimination or abuse of any kind.
• Never share another member's personal information, including anything they've disclosed privately. This is the one rule we will remove someone for immediately and permanently.

7. Brand and affiliate introductions

• Any agreement you enter with a brand or affiliate programme is between you and them. We are an introducer only.
• We receive a referral commission from those partners. It is paid from their budget and nothing is deducted from your earnings. This is how the service stays free.
• We are not responsible for a partner's conduct, their payment terms, or whether they pay you. Do your own checks before you sign anything.
• You are never obliged to take any deal, and declining them all has no effect on your membership.

8. The Safety Centre

The Safety Centre is general information, offered free and in good faith. It is not legal, financial, medical or security advice, it is not exhaustive, and it cannot account for your specific circumstances. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of it. 9. Your information

10. Ending membership

• You can leave at any time, for any reason or none, by telling us or simply by stopping. There is no notice period, no exit process and no penalty.
• We may end a membership if these terms are breached, and will normally say why.
• On request we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

We provide membership free of charge and on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss of profit, loss of income, loss of opportunity and indirect or consequential loss. 12. Changes
